RECENTLY SINCE THE APARTMENT MANAGER HAS KNOWN ABOUT THE BEDBUG PROBLEMS THEY HAVE DONE VERY LITTLE TO TAKE CARE OF IT... AND NOW THEY HAVE WORKED THERE WAS IN MY MY UNIT.. I HAD AN UNFURNISHED UNIT THROUGH THEM AND SINCE THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND HAVEN'T PROPERLY HAD PEST CONTROL COME OUT AND DO A COMPLETE BUILDING AT ONCE IT HAS GOTTEN WORST.I JUST RECENTLY WENT TO THE ER AND WAS TOLD THAT THE APARTMENT MANAGERS ARE SO POSTED TO BE TAKING CARE OF THIS PROBLEM THAT THEY HAVE SEEN 17 PEOPLE FROM THE WARREN INN IN SANTA FE COME THROUGH THE ER DUE TO THE BEDBUGS BITES...HOW MUCH MORE DO THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE NEED TO SUFFER BEFORE THEY WILL DO IT PROPERLY...

Hi my name is Jessica and I have been living in the Warren Inn Apts since April of 2011. Ever since I've been here i've seen signs of BEDBUGS. The very 1st time I called to make a complaint I called the Warren Inn emergency # and told them the situation I asked them to furnish me with a new bed upon inspection of the original one in the apartment. Well the maintence man being very young which also lives here on the property refused to come n due a simple investigation bc he was tired and did not feel as if my situation was n emergency then he hung up the phone in my face!!! Ever since that very day it has basically been fight after fight to get them to assume responsability for this serious as well as unfortunate issue. Anyways to make this story shorter I'll skip some details. They came several times to spray this white stuff which according to Anna (one of the property workers) is supposed to dissolve although it does not. Not to mention how much of a horrible job the "Terminex" ppl actually do is beyond me. it really shows me how much pride and passion all these ppl I've mentioned have or actually put any amount of effort into their jobs whatsoever. If it was up to me I'd FIRE all of them and put some real ppl to work ones that actually want to work and ones that would have some sympothy or even empathy for the wellbeing of their tenents. These "Terminex" ppl rather then following their own simple guidelines of spraying the perimiter of the room inside the dressers n nightstands around the bed n the frames. They just sprayed the metal frame, the young man Darren was here spraying literally 3 minutes enough time to spray the shape of a rectangle. For the last three monthes I've had bedbugs bites all over my body red and swollen welts that itch severly! I've woken up in the morning to swatting at my own body due to the fact it is so severly infested in my apt they are crawling on me n I catch them when I get up. On my legs face and chest. I feel discusting, and dirty to see actual bugs crawling on me!! One bedbug bite was so bad that it got severly infected and my whole entire arm swelled up and it was soo so very painful that I had to go to the ER in Sante Fe and have emergency surgery (I have pics of everything) then I had to return back to the hospital every day n a half for a week to get my wound checked and the dressing changed. I have huge nasty discusting scars all over my body due to the surgery and all the bites that I have scratched. It is so terrible that the landlords of this property are not takeing responsability for any of this and my family and I are obsorbing all the costs of everything so far uld think the Warren would have evern offered a month of rent free? But no they haven't even so much as offered to pay for all my blankets, pillows, sheets,clothes and other numerous things to be laundred or drycleaned.
