I woke up 6/30/11 with bites on my legs. big welts. I looked up bed bug bite pictures on the internet & believe that's what I have. Another lady, Julie, who's staying here; experienced the same.

I woke up one night to an infestation of unidentified bugs on my bedroom wall one at 2am. Without my mind running away from me I requested the Regency management to get this swarm of critters identified. I come to find out that I have bed bugs, which they later try to blame on me. The worse part, the property manager Suzette wouldn’t follow up with me when it would be treated. I sat in the dark for 9 days until one of the Property directors, Shaun, started to give me answers. The first treatment was not applied until the 10th day of them knowing bed bugs were present in the building, which I think is a bit unprofessional. Later, I come to find out my neighbor and others are infected in the building. I’m not saying the Regency is a bad place to live but I haven’t been able to sleep for months in fear I’m being attacked by these blood sucking intruders.
