I stayed in room 254 on Jan. 28th and woke up the next morning with multiple insect bite marks on my arms and belly. The company I was with had bite marks on her thigh as well. They itched a lot. The hotel manager initially did not even apologize and told me that they could not find any bed bugs and posed that there may be spiders (as if spiders can bite so prevalently or if that is more acceptable!). They merely changed rooms for us but on the next day I woke up with more bites. They offered to wash our clothes but that was all. I am afraid to bring these back home. Terrible service. I don't think I'll ever come back here ever again.
