I stayed at the Billings Hotel and Convention center for two nights.. the first night i stayed there i noticed a sore on my leg.. then the second night i woke up with at 3 more bites on my leg.. once i got home.. i had a total of 8 bites.. i went to the doctors immediately and found out i had gotten bed bug bites from the hotel.. There were many other complaints about the cleanliness of the hotel from several other people.. I now am dealing with the bed bugs that traveled home with me.. and the sores and bites all over my legs! Disgusting!

i checked in for a week and check out when i found bed bugs then about a week later i broke out with bites every where from my face to my feet so please dont check in there cuz i have to pay for it now

Rainbow Property had me sign an acknowledgment of a past bed bug infestation making it sound like it had been treated. I moved in and started getting bit every night leaving big itchy welts all over me. They will not treat the whole building and never did treat the whole building. I moved out and left my furniture, totally ruined my furniture.

July 17th, 2010 ~ Inspected 2nd floor room upon arrival, found live bed bugs on seam on box springs. Fecal material under pillows. No other available rooms in hotel, so went somewhere else.

August 21,2010 ~ Decided to give them another try. Inspected 1st floor room upon arrival, found live bed bugs between box springs & metal bed frame. Would probably not have inspected so thoroughly if not for the previous stay. Advised front desk clerk, was told "that's what you said the last time, & our pest control people couldn't find any." Offered to show them to her, offer was declined. Offered to show them to Manager, again offer was declined. Stayed somewhere else, as we will from now on.
