paid for a weekly room first night i slept there woke up with welts all over body room is also infested with cockroaches tried to inform management and was told "what do i expect the ritz carltin" could not get refund

It wasn't on the main resort, but in one of the condo buildings behind the waterpark. I had to sleep on the pullout and had 4 or 5 HUGE sores on my backs and legs the next morning. SICK

We found several bed bugs in these rooms about midnight on 8-26-11. We checked out and moved to another motel. They told us we would not have to pay. I do have pictures but I do not have a way to e-mail them.
