When I checked in I absolutely tossed the room looking for any sign of bed bugs and was relieved not to find any sign of them. On the second night at this hotel, I came back from dinner and noticed a small dark spot on my pillow. When I got closer the small spot tried to hide underneath the pillow. Once I captured it in a Hilton glass, it was undoubtedly a bed bug. Manager tried to convince me it was a cockroach, but there was not mistaking it. Had to move rooms. I'll stay somewhere else next time!!!

Bed bugs are in building!! Was not told that bugs had previously infested my building until AFTER I had moved in. Had I known - would have never moved there.
