Bed bugs found the apartment which infested couches and mattresses. Exterminator came in two separate times on about 10 months apart to exterminate apartment. Both attempts were unsuccessful and brand new furniture had to be thrown away.

On July 14, 2010, management met with tenants to discuss the current bedbug infestation. Management hired Orkin to exterminate apartments that have bedbugs. Management advised tenants to take precautions. Unfortunately, the precautions are expensive and management has not helped the less well-off tenants protect themselves.
