I received bites while staying in room 311. This is the only hotel we've stayed in for 4 months. I didn't realize they were bug bites. I thought it might have been irritation from the hotel soaps. My bites have increased since returning home. I now have 40 plus bites. I am extremely upset about this. I have laundered clothes for hours and hours, constantly vacuuming and re washing to try and eliminate these pest. I am hiring a bed bug removal specialist to fix this problem. I would like a full refund for our stay and payment to cover the pest control specialist cost to remove these pest we acquired while staying in room 311!
