Woke up at 4:00 a.m. to see bed bugs crawling on the white wall. After killing it, which was somewhat difficult, started checking the bed and mattress, it was discovered that each bed was infested with them. We even had small, baby ones crawling on us, back of pajamas. Hotel was not surprised when we called them to our room

Stayed at the Days Inn in Winchester Ky on May 30th 2010, loud party in the office area until 2:00, after several trips to the office, we were told no refund, we could sleep after the party was over. At approx 3:00 local police were called to remove illegal activity in the parking lot by party go-ers. Had no idea how glad we would be that they had kept us up! Went to bed for 2 hours and woke up to find bed bugs on the bed and bites on our bodies. Motel employee had told SEVERAL motel guests that he could not give refunds. We did not report it to the motel yet, but will tomorrow, also helath department in that area.. All bad reviews online, not even a franchise, hasn't been a days inn for years, just still has the sign up. Any where else i can report this?
