Night of February 8th, 2012. Hadn't been to sleep yet but was watching TV in bed. Got out of bed to sit at little table for a drink. Saw an adult unfed bed bug scurry across the white sheets. Collected it in a cup to show the manager. As I was checking my bags (which I never put on floor or bed, thankfully) I saw another bug, a nymph/baby sized bug scurry across the same bed. Didn't see bugs in the other bed but obviously room was infested. All this happened with LIGHTS ON. Check this hotel's reviews on other sites, there are MANY reports of beg bugs, including mine.

infestation of bed bugs in this place was not there but a month and they were everywhere crawling up the walls and couches and my beds and my kids beds my clothes in the closets and the drawers , my boxed foods ....we all had bites everywhere and the doctor said it was some kind of bite.I called the health department and they knew the landlord by name and said he has them in all his rentals but there is nothing they can do about it that bed bugs r just a nuisance.

reported infestation to manager and she would not relocate me to another room, She denied any other problem rooms I spoke to several guest that have same problem. Other employees stated that they were aware of the problem. Prior to my check in I had been staying there for work and going home on the weekend with my luggage and i'm sure they will be in my home. SEE YOU IN COURT INTOWN SUITES!

This morning when I woke up around 7, I went to the restroom, noticed a small bug crawling on my leg. I flicked it off and killed it with a piece of toilet paper. I didn't know what it was initially until a googled "bed bugs" and I immediately took the dead bug to the check in counter and told the girl on duty... she said there was no manager. I went back to the bedroom, pulled back the sheets I noticed another bug, this one was much smaller. We packed up and left immediately.

On my stay on 5/7/2011 I was very disapointed I didnt get in until a little after 3 am and when I pulled the covers off to get in bed there were ants all in the bed and including on the wall by the bed. The air conditioner was all messed up looked like it hasnt been used in years. The bath tub looked filthy as if it hasnt been cleaned. When I went to the office they did place me into another room. Where my concern come from is when I reported this incident to the manager when I check out he just basically looked at me and said there is nothing they can do and charged me the full price on my room. They will never ever ever get anymore of my business that was my first time even staying in a Super 8 hotel and I will not stay at another one again.

4/14/2011 pulled the bed covers back and saw a brown bug on the sheets. Crushed it and flushed it. Reported this to the front desk and was told that bed bugs are microscopic and not visible to the naked eye. I looked at pictures online and determined that the bug I saw was a fourth stage bed bug.

I was helping a friend move into to apartment. and I saw on the wall. I told her we need to take anything back out and go to the office cause the apartment has bedbugs. we went to the office and the lady inform us that they treated the apartment for bedbugs. I informed her they were still some bedbugs. They didn't want to move her to another apartment or give her money back. She had to call a lawyer.

I recently stayed in room 520 Jan 14 th, and 15th. Friday night the 14th a parent there with us in another room on 5th floor had his room switched due to finding bed bug on dresser and he was a exterminator for a living. I did not see anything in mine when I looked at first. But on sunday when we were packing up to leave, we found 1 on my daughter s white cheer uniform, took it down to desk and it was most def a female bed bug. It was red and looked similar to flat tick. We were refunded our money for one night. I also heard 2 more people say they found some in their bed. I dont believe anything being done about it, I just called to ask if any reported and woman said no. That is a lie. I know for sure I and another parent reported it. I also was told they had a problem a month ago from the desk lady when I reported it. But today, the woman said not in a long time, no recent complaints. What is the world coming to, that money for a room is more important then being sure a family dont take bed bugs home especially when I have babies living here at home.
