First of all, there is a major bed bug concern at the resort, evidenced by the bed bug bites all over my wife, my children and myself. My entire family awoke with new bites every morning of our trip. To watch my kids itch and scratch for the duration of the trip was maddening to say the least.

Woke to find multiple bites on my face, hotel recommended going to see doctor on call where I was told I had bed bug bites. Was given a injection in my hip along with cream and pills. Hotel was extremely defensive would not do anything to Accommodate.horrible service

I have over 50 bed bug bites on my arms, I thought they were mosquito bites however, On the morning of our departure. I pulled up the sheets and found bed bugs in the indentations of the mattress.
