Have never incountered this before. Saw spots on the bed, but did not realize that they were a sign. Found bugs the next morning and immediately reported it and got out of there. Manager did not act surprised (which I know now, why). We received a refund, but the nonchalant attitude and the unapologetic attitude is just mortifying. Don't stay there!!!!

My wife and I stayed for 3 days. We noticed small bugs on the bed on the third morning. We also had bites. We reported incident to front desk. The girl was nonchalant about it. We called the manager the next day and he was not sympathetic, refused to refund us our full amount of money paid, and was very arrogant about the situation. He offered to refund only the last night and said we were lucky to get that. Unbelievable
