We stayed in Room 217 on the evening of Saturday, December 4, 2010. At 3am in the morning my wife awoke to burning bites on her hand. She seemed to have reacted to them, which is not a surprise, since she is sensitive. We pulled back the sheets and began looking. We found some crawling on top of the sheet, but once we pulled the bottom sheet off, we found a significant infestation on the creases of both mattresses in a double bed room. Some bugs reached a large size, while others were very tiny. We took pictures and video of the incident and are emailing the hotel. After seeing the infestation, we requested a refund and left the hotel at 4am. The lady at the desk did not understand how to handle the situation and couldn't refund us. We will contact the hotel for that concern as well.
