I stayed from 22-27 april 2012. I would wake up everyday with bumps. I thought it was a mosquito bite. But even when I got home I continued to get bumps. I was treated with permithian. The bugs had burrowed in my skin and continued to bite. I have bites, which are still visible/helaing on my arms, chest/breast, stomach, back, face, neck, full legs and buttocks. I called the hotel, and the main supervisor was supposed to call me back, and has failed to call back.

This was our 1st encounter with any bugs at a hotel. We found 2 small flea looking bugs on the hand towel(but they were crawling, not jumping. We then looked thru sheets/bedding and found 1 in a bed. Reported to front desk.

On the last night of my stay, I awoke to find bites on my neck, back, arm, and 2 on my face! Management denies a problem, but it is impossible to deny the fact that I went to bed without bites and woke up covered in them. I took pictures the next day, but the bites have since become large and feverish, and are very itchy. It isn't worth the risk for a low rate. I will send the pictures to bedbugreports.

I recently rented a room yesterday aug.3.2011 and me and my fiance woke up with severe bed bug bites and captured the bug and brought it to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager at 8a.m in the morning and the manager never showed. I was offered a $10 refund from front desk. Manager refused to speak with us and never came to check on us. I am outraged that the hotel and the management could care less about a serious complaint of bed bugs and I would not be surprised if they rented that same room to the next guest and tell them that they never had a problem with bed bugs like they told us even though i personally brought them a bed bug to the front desk. People that were ready to check in at the time immediately left the hotel without getting a room and apologized to us that we had to wake up with bite marks all over our body.

We checked into this room on June 25th, 2011 at 8:30 pm. We pulled down the sheets, and looked around, and did not notice any bugs.About an hour after we went to bed I felt something on me, which turned out to be a bed bug. I looked on both beds, and there were dozens on each bed and on the pillows, right where my husband and two young children were sleeping. My husband brought a few of the bugs down to the front desk to show the attendant, and she confirmed that they were bed bugs. Some were very large and all were full of blood. My husband asked for help in finding a room at another hotel; the attendant made a few calls but was unsuccessful. We were not charged for the night, but were left at 11pm without a room for the night with two young children. We put everyone in the car, and drove to the Hilton Garden Inn, where we were able to get a room for the night.

A bite on my right arm produced redness, swelling, itchiness, and a trip to the doctor for an antibiotic. Moved to another room, and there were 2 bedbugs in that room, plus a new bite on another part of the same arm.
