We rented a room in this hotel a couple of years ago. The room was INFESTED. After we brought the bed bugs to the attention of management, they accused us of intentionally infecting the room, which we did not: blamed the customer for the problem. After we checked out due to the problem, we think that they re-rented the room. We saw a car in front of the room at least later in the day.
