I lived in this ghetto of an apartment for over a year with no bedbug... ever! Then we had a surge of the complex renting to a mass amount of new tenants and BAM! Serious infestation. I informed the mngmt of the problem, and they did nothing. So after about 3 months of getting mauked over and over again, night after night, we decided to throw away everything and moved. Now the management company that runs the birch is coming after us for carpet damages due to bedbugs and about $2000 in other charges. Please, whatever you do, do NOT rent from this bedbug infested ghetto. You Will be truly sorry if you do.

Exterminator said they are definietly bed bugs and that the apartment next to us has them too. The apartment complax says we are the only apartment that has them.
