Stayed from 7/6-16. The four of us were completely bitten up. After a few days I found a bed bug crawling up the mattress and captured it, then took it to the overnight manager. We received another room on another floor. When we first arrived we noticed the 2 rooms on either side of us we unoccupied and the doors were always open. I suspect these rooms had been fumigated and were left this way to ventilate. However our room was not taken out of use as it should have been if that was the case. We were all severely traumatized and suffered from these painful welts. We still have marks weeks after.
