We stayed in room 101. After staying the night we woke up to find a bed bug in the room and i had a few bites on my leg. my husband (who just so happens to be a pest control professional) took it to the manager and they refunded our money and offered to switch our room. The bed that at least ten were found were on the bed that our two-year old slept on!! The room we stayed in had a common wall with the maids linen room so these guys may easily hitch a ride to other rooms. The manager was very helpful and hotels.com was very understanding as well. The hotel never did call the office to set up an extermination or anything, don't know if they ever dealt with the bed bug problem. this was back in May, before the "outbreak"

Sylmar, CA
Bitten by bed bugs on 9/3/10, in AM hours. Reported to front desk, showing bites to the clerk. Clerk changed my room. But when I asked later the next week if they had sprayed the room, they said they saw no bugs. I know that is untrue. When I checked out the next day, I had to go back to the old room. I examined the bed and bed clothes again and there were bugs there.
