2007 - discovered them in hotel room and was transferred into another room where there were signs of infestation again. Hotel front desk staff was unsupportive of the matter and it took some continuous nudging and badgering to get an upgrade since we were stuck there on business and couldn't go to another hotel; company had already paid for and reserved room nights.

Bed bugs and roaches in the walls. Several thousands dollars in damage and the manager wouldn't replace anything. My baby had welts and this lady was just rude.
