Landlord claimed he sprayed apt 2 times before move in date. Apt only vacant for 3 weeks for restorations. Bed Bugs were seen in apt before any furniture or electricity was in/on. Landlord took one month to get an exterminator in and tried to have us pay for it. we packed clothes and moved out for a month but still paid rent. After extermination, one month later, we came home and stood our first night. the very next day there was two bedbugs found. HE MUST HAVE SPRAYED WITH SUGAR WATER!
