stayed in room 138 for 6 nights (Mar31-Apr6, 2012)2st night called desk, bug on sheet as it was pulled back. a worker named "Edgar" took it away and "said" it was not a bed bug. Showed bites to Mgr. upon leaving and showed her bites on my chest...ironically, another customer heard me and said, "oh yeah, last time I was here, I had bites like that in room 152...while driving home, neck started itching, now they are all over the back of my neck too!...like big welts...Mgr. said she'd be in touch..NOT! Expensive hotel to be having a bed bug problem! will send you photos! She blamed it on mosquitos or chiggers, PLEASE! don't insult my intelligence!

Moved here six months ago. I started noticing that neighbors were getting rid of furniture (beds, couches) and dumping them by dumpster which is across from my apartment. Now my apt is infested with them. I never had encountered a bed bug problem until I moved here. Its very obvious these apts have a problem if furnitre is being thrown out by tenants every month.

NEVER had an issue with bed bugs until I moved into these horrible apartments. The old lady at the front desk is apathetic to the situation and insists none of these apartments have ever had bed bugs. This infestation is in a pre-furnished apartment as well. They would not take the furniture out for us because they wouldn't be able to charge us the furnished price. They said they would let us know when unfurnished ones opened up. 5 months later and we're still waiting for that phone call. The old lady send exterminators out but they never spray for bed bugs, just roaches (don't get me started on the roach problems, they're just as prevalent). STAY AWAY from these apartments at all cost!

A couple of months after move in my family was bitten and we found bed bugs. We went next door and asked neighbor,,she had reported bugs to the manager MONTHS earlier, and only in the last 3 weeks had treated her apt but not ours or any other connecting neighbor. needless to say they ran to our house. We were told we would be sued for slander for telling our story. We broke our lease and plan to sue. Even though the new law passed july20th,, the manager has already rented our apartments out again. With bugs and all!!! nasty!!! and the manager told people she evicted us and we were liars. Now THAT is slander!!!

multiple apartments thruout the complex...3 so far in building A, infestation thruout all buildings and multiplying .....management refuses to treat problem but will call pest company for $100 fee for individual bedbug spraying...they will only spray for raoaches at no additional charge..pictures will follow later of furniture being disposed of in the common trash bins

we stayed at this motel in 110 for a couple hours and in 132 for 3 days and it's possible there are bedbugs there we got bit by bedbugs don't know where it started... and when we got home actually found one bed bug on my son's bed tomorrow we are having a company called Bedbugs be gone in mesa,az come out and kill them by heat

Neighbor reported to me she had a serious bed bug problem and asked me to call the manager. Upon visual inspection I noted several bed bugs in my apartment. I called management and requested exterminator services. I had to wait several days for exterminator to inspect on their regular schedule. While waiting I purchased a comercial spray and began spraying. Exterminator inspected my apartment and officially reported to manager the bugs. I was told many of my personal had to be destroyed and I would need to pay for several exterminator visits to stop the bugs. These visits will cost me somewhere around $300.00. Further I was told not to inform any other residents of the infestation. I'm trying to locate resources on my rights as a renter.

I do not have an incident report. But my concern is that my son and grandson live in these apartments. And they are being bitten all the time. I am reading about bedbugs and steps you need to take to try to get rid of them. They are on a fixed income. If they have to throw away beds they will be sleeping on the floor. My son has stated that the apt complex does not seem to be responding to tenants complaints. What recourse do the residents of this complex have in financial assistance to take care of this issue?

I worked at this motel, and daily treatments were needed, we could of had our on site pest control it was so bad of an infestation. They did train everyone on how to look for and remove items for special cleaning as in sheets blankets etc though.

We moved my mom in to a one bedroom apartment after her hip surgery, we stayed the night the with her and immediately I started to get bitten then found five bed bugs lined up bitting me. When reported to management they did not want to deal with it. They finally sent orkin to investigate and when it was clear that they were bed bugs they did not allow orkin to do the job they just sent a maintenance man to shampoo the carpet. So we moved my mom out of there and she now lives with my siste. This entire complex is infested with bed bugs, they have a gated and locked area were people through their furniture away due to this bed bug infestation and every day this gated area is emptied and filled up again and waste management has to come for another load of infested of furniture. sORRY NO PICTURE, BUT IF YOU LIVE IN ARIZONA DRIVE BY THERE AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN.
